Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the smooth flow of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client invoicing
- Help maintain and coordinate team calendars
- Track and manage project pipelines
- Answer phones
- Maintain filing systems and ensuring office organization
- Run office errands as needed and assist with general office support
- Provide administrative assistance to the team to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
