We are looking for an Office Timekeeper who will be responsible for maintaining proper communication and documentation between the project team and field.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Record employee as on-site and complete the onboarding process
- Complete I-9 and E-Verify within 72 hours of employee being hired
- Accurately track hours worked as well as lunch and rest periods
- Accurately enter hours worked as well as other costs/expenses into TRACK.
- Generate client daily time sheets, audit sheets, head counts, and obtain client approval signatures on time sheets and invoices.
- Submit weekly time summary sheets to payroll.
- Assist with any payroll corrections.
Education & Experience:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Must be able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience as a timekeeper or in related clerical positions.
- Proficient knowledge of Client Programs (SAP, CCTS. TRACK, Atlas, etc.).
Plus
- Microsoft Power Products (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Viewpoint Vista is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Note: A test will be given to assess candidates' proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as part of the selection process.
