? Serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors providing information and relaying
messages.
? Answers phones, takes messages, and directs calls.
? Receives and distributes mail.
? Assists with data entry, filing and preparing reports.
? Types correspondence as requested by the principal.
? Communicates school policies, procedures, and regulations.
? Manages student and staff records, including attendance, admissions, and transfers.
? Assists with student registration, enrollment and other related processes.
? Manages inventory of office supplies and school materials, operates office equipment, and provides assistance to
staff
? Duplicates materials.
? Ensures compliance with school and district policies and procedures.
? Handles confidential information with discretion.
? Maintains office files and databases.
? Organizes and maintains office supplies and equipment.
? Assists with planning school events and meetings.
? Assists with bookkeeping tasks such as budget management, tracking expenditures, and handling financial
records.
? Administers first aid, disburses medication to students and contacts parents in case of student illness.
? Performs any additional duties assigned by the Principal or appropriate Supervisor.
