We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by respecting clients’ homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred
- Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and custodial practices are highly desirable
- Ability to perform thorough cleaning with attention to detail in various environments
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Experience with laundry services and general housekeeping duties is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely service delivery
- Must carry general liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 or greater
- Must supply own supplies
