TheBest Claims Solutions is seeking a Claim Service Representative for an auto auction company in Lafayette, LA. Candidates will process incoming salvage titles from multiple states. This will be in office for the entirety of the assignment.

Required Qualifications:
Review and process documentation for insurance customers
Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states
Keep up-to-date on current title/salvage laws
Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to external/internal partners

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior CSR experience
