We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service by respecting clients’ homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests
Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred
Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and custodial practices are highly desirable
Ability to perform thorough cleaning with attention to detail in various environments
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
Experience with laundry services and general housekeeping duties is a plus
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques is beneficial but not mandatory
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely service delivery
Must carry general liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 or greater
Must supply own supplies
