Mitchell Financial Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and supporting client-facing events and communications.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and positive impression
- Manage and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner while simultaneously engaging and assisting clients in the lobby.
- Coordinate and maintain appointment calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments
- Send calendars, meeting invitations, and other client communications
- Prepare for client events, meetings, and office functions (materials, setup, coordination)
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure common areas are presentable
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and light office coordination
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing communicator who can easily connect and converse with clients
- Presents in a professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
