We are a travel concierge company, specializing in expedited airport Meet & Assist services. We ensure all logistical elements of transit are handled seamlessly, with multiple service offerings focusing on departures, connections, and arrivals. We are proud to introduce our new Baggage Storage Concierge Service at Riverwalk Outlets, offering cruise line guests, convention participants, and all around tourists, short-term storage for their personal belongings while they shop, dine and explore the Big Easy.
About the Role
As a Baggage Storage Concierge at Riverwalk Outlets, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers using our baggage storage service. You will be responsible for receiving, tagging, securing, and releasing luggage and other personal items with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
Who We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Greet Cruise Line passengers and other guests and assist them with storing their baggage securely
- Briefly inspect items for prohibited contents (e.g., weapons, perishables, valuables like cash or jewelry).
- Properly label and document all stored items using tracking system
- Safely organize and store baggage within secure storage area
- Ensure proper identification and verification during intake and release
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage space
- Handle guests’ inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Follow all company security procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor and report any incidents or irregularities to the supervisor
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred
- Ability to reliably work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Proficient use of the English language in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to be diplomatic and thoughtful while performing duty and interacting with guests
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Experience with technology tools, including tablets, POS, digital intake systems
- Ability to self-start and problem-solve with limited close supervision and changing conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver baggage up to 50 lbs
