We are looking for an experienced
full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at our corporate location in the
Baton Rouge, LA area. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with operations leaders nationwide while developing deep expertise in healthcare recruiting and compliance.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for multiple clinics, mobile units, and client sites nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can manage high-volume hiring while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and candidate experience.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and departments, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, posting jobs, and conducting prescreens
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles, and guide applicants through the hiring process from application to offer acceptance
- Draft and manage offer letters, including approvals and compensation negotiations
- Oversee onboarding and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, and new hire system setup
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and DOT requirements, including license/certification verification, I-9/E-Verify, and credential tracking
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams while supporting general HR administration as part of a collaborative team environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of relevant college coursework and professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field.

Experience And Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Experience with job boards like Indeed and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of compliance processes (I-9, background checks, etc.) is a plus
