Overview
Yoli Homes is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Program Assistant to support daily administrative tasks within our Transitional Living Program. This role helps keep the program organized by assisting with documentation, scheduling, communication, and onboarding new participants.
Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a supportive, behind‑the‑scenes role. No experience required — we provide full training.
Duties
- Assist with organizing program documents and maintaining accurate files
- Support the Program Director with scheduling and communication
- Help prepare service plans and onboarding documents for new participants
- Complete light data entry and documentation as needed
- Assist with follow‑up calls, reminders, and program coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and follow program policies
- Participate in training (provided)

Pay: $21.99 - $26.48 per hour
Work Location: In person
