Position Summary
Performs efficiently as Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, CNO, and maintaining calendars (appointments, meetings, conferences and travel) with a minimum of errors, keeping executives informed of scheduling; takes initiative to see tasks through to completion; sets priorities and handles a variety of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Coordinates and books travel for CEO, CFO, and CNO, ensuring that personal preferences are taken into account and details are fully communicated; completes travel expense reports upon conclusion of travel; coordinates itineraries for employee candidates and consultants as necessary. Acts as liaison between corporate office and Sr. Leadership Team.
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- College or business school courses in office administration are preferred
- At least 3 years' experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant required
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Must excel as a typist and organizer, as well as have proficient computer skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
