This position is responsible for improving the productivity of the agency's employees. The incumbent will work in conjunction with Human Resources and executive management to develop and deliver state-wide training for Louisiana Works Customers include agency staff, local government staff, external groups, other departments and any entity which, is related to Louisiana Works processes either by federal mandate, or formal or informal agreement.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in planning, developing, delivering, or evaluating training programs or academic instruction; human resources, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.

Job Duties and Other Information
- Plan, develop, and deliver agency training programs using classroom, multimedia, and e-learning formats. Research and prepare instructional materials, including PowerPoint presentations and online course content. Coordinate training logistics, facilities, and follow-up activities.
- Consult with and train supervisors and subject matter experts on adult learning principles and effective instructional methods. Establish training objectives and outcomes, evaluate program effectiveness, conduct needs assessments, and recommend improvements. Advise staff on mandatory and professional development training opportunities. Develop and maintain agency training policies and manage the LWC Learning Solutions Online (LSO) catalog.
- Maintain and update virtual training platforms, forms, and resources. Facilitate webinars and provide technical support during presentations. Coordinate with departments to schedule staff participation and ensure a productive learning environment.
