Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Client Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering necessary information and ensuring a seamless introduction to our services
- Support account management activities, including updating client records and tracking project progress using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information
- Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to promote client engagement
- Help coordinate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Conduct basic analysis of client data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, meetings, and service requests
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients
- Basic understanding of project management principles and account management practices
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and their application in client solutions
- Ability to support sales efforts through active listening and effective presentation of services
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for client strategies
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus but not required
