Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Client Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering necessary information and ensuring a seamless introduction to our services
Support account management activities, including updating client records and tracking project progress using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information
Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to promote client engagement
Help coordinate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Conduct basic analysis of client data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, meetings, and service requests

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients
Basic understanding of project management principles and account management practices
Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and their application in client solutions
Ability to support sales efforts through active listening and effective presentation of services
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for client strategies
Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus but not required
