AmeriShine Car Wash is hiring Assistant Managers and Key Holders to help lead our growing team!
Pay:
- Key Holder: $13.00/hr
- Assistant Manager: $14.00–$15.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Flexible availability required (shifts may change daily)
- Must be available on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and act as shift leader
- Handle cash register and transactions
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Guide vehicles onto conveyor and prep for wash
- Maintain cleanliness of facility (pressure wash, windows, trash removal)
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
