Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to Microsoft Office applications, VPN connections, firewalls, and other enterprise tools
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices such as LAN (Local Area Network) components
- Assist with computer management tasks like OS updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades
- Support IT infrastructure by configuring and maintaining network components like switches, routers, LANs, firewalls, and VPNs
- Utilize help desk tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy to track incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN configurations and operating systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing IT support or help desk services in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plus
- Skilled in troubleshooting software issues related to Microsoft Office suite and general computer hardware problems
- Experience managing computer networks including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and basic network security practices
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for incident tracking and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
