About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building products that create meaningful impact. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across assigned product areas.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and data insights to inform improvements.
Communicate updates, timelines, and milestones with stakeholders and leadership.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly.
Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
