Our company is in need of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our reception team. We are looking for someone who works well in a professional environment and is capable of welcoming customers, transcribing various meeting minutes, organizing office supplies and conducting other clerical duties as necessary. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their own and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff person.
- Transcribe Minutes from Board Meetings
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, copying documents.
- Enter data into databases.
- Route incoming mail.
- Light Accounting Duties
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Answer questions from the public.
- Keep public areas clean and stocked.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
