Qualifications
· Must have current Louisiana Respiratory Therapist License
· BLS, ACLS, NRP
· Minimum of 3 years respiratory therapist experience
· Minimum of 1 year of departmental management experience
· Knowledge of TJC regulations
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Summary: The Cardiopulmonary Services Manager is a working leader responsible for both the strategic oversight and direct clinical delivery of cardiopulmonary care. This role blends hands-on respiratory therapy with departmental leadership, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services across respiratory therapy, EKG, EEG, sleep lab, and diagnostic procedures. The Manager fosters a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration while mentoring staff and aligning departmental goals with organizational priorities.
