Ouachita Healthcare is looking for an attentive and knowledgeable Registered Nurse/ADON who will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to residents. The ADON is responsible for monitoring nursing staff and resident care, as well as ensuring nursing procedures are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Our ADON helps supervise our care programs such as infection control, falls and incident prevention, weights and nutrition, wound care and prevention, and rehospitalization prevention. The ideal candidate provides and expects high quality care of residents and supports the nursing staff and the Director of Nursing. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and skillset.
