OUR NEED – SCHEDULING/ADMINISTRATIVE GURU
We work in pediatric behavioral health and need a compassionate but analytic individual to assist us with orchestration. If you have an interest in playing a pivotal role in supporting the logistical delivery of these services, we are in need of your expertise.
We are looking to expand our staff with the addition clinical scheduler. If you have a giftedness in the area of administrative support and logistics, we want to talk to you! There is also the opportunity to pick up additional administrative work becoming fulltime.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An administrative specialist that can think logically. displaying superb problem-solving skills. Being able to work their way through a decision matrix based on a range of variables to ensure that the schedule is built and updated in a way that ensures quality care is maintained, cancellations are minimized, and operational utilization is maximized.
An early morning riser is needed, as client cancelations and appointment modifications are needed to be made as early as 7:00AM to allow staff time to arrive based on your adjustments. We appreciate someone that is a consummate team player, modeling servant leadership principles. Someone that has a love for children, especially those with special needs and wants to work in a position that is crucial to ensuring that they receive the amount of therapy prescribed.
