Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting daily office operations. This dual role combines front desk responsibilities with essential administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized state.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
- Assist with preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members as needed.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,449.32 - $4,154.02 per month
