Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a manufacturing site near Monroe, LA. This role offers full responsibility for safety, production, quality, and team performance in a non-union environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant operations: safety, production, cost, quality, and personnel.
- Build and develop a high-performing team (160 employees, 6 direct reports).
- Drive Lean/CI initiatives, process improvement, and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and EHS teams.
- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and capital projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ leadership in manufacturing, ideally in wood or rugged industrial products.
- Proven success in team development and plant performance improvement.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- CI/Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
