Ronpak has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Shreveport, LA plant with availability to work all shifts: Monday-Friday 18 AM - 5 PM.

Essential Job Functions

Provides support for sales staff in each step of the customer relationship, from acquisition to evaluation and retention.
Manages the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Services function.
Assists Finance in the establishment of credit with new and existing customers.
Ensures that customer inquiries, concerns or complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Engaged in troubleshooting problems associated with customer and sales issues while taking initiative in developing a workable solution to resolve ongoing challenges.
Assists in processing customer specifications.
Leads a cross functional dialogue to facilitate timely manufacturing schedules that meet customer deadlines and expectations.
Works closely with operations to ensure the timely delivery of all products.
Manages the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of the business unit.
Other duties or assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ transferable work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer experience with general accounting and /or ERP software programs.
