Ronpak has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Shreveport, LA plant with availability to work all shifts: Monday-Friday 18 AM - 5 PM.
Essential Job Functions
- Provides support for sales staff in each step of the customer relationship, from acquisition to evaluation and retention.
- Manages the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Services function.
- Assists Finance in the establishment of credit with new and existing customers.
- Ensures that customer inquiries, concerns or complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Engaged in troubleshooting problems associated with customer and sales issues while taking initiative in developing a workable solution to resolve ongoing challenges.
- Assists in processing customer specifications.
- Leads a cross functional dialogue to facilitate timely manufacturing schedules that meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Works closely with operations to ensure the timely delivery of all products.
- Manages the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of the business unit.
- Other duties or assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ transferable work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer experience with general accounting and /or ERP software programs.

- PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and with other computer software systems for the preparation of reports, spreadsheets and other analysis that may be required by management
