Position Overview
We are searching for someone who can be the welcoming face and voice of Gohiya in New Orleans. As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating positive first impressions, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring an organized and professional front-desk environment.
Job: Full time
Salary Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Schedule meeting rooms and assist with calendar coordination when needed.
- Issue visitor badges and follow office access and security procedures.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office systems.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
