Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. This position performs a variety of secretarial duties, such as typing reports and memos, maintaining computer based and paper files, answers office inquiries, and performs administrative tasks. Performs special projects of a moderate to highly skilled nature.
Responsibilities:
1. Locates and compiles information and formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information.
2. Coordinate training, seminars and webinars (includes registration, set up, sign in sheets, training information, entering on calendar, etc.).
3. Coordinate travel arrangements as required for management and staff.
4. Coordinate meetings, conferences, etc. for management and staff, making sure to follow up on attendance confirmations, room set up, ordering meals, sending reminder notices, compiling required information, etc.
5. Make contact staff and management as requested by CEO.
6. Responsible for staff meeting minutes.
7. Maintains board agendas, minutes and packets for board meetings.
8. Prepare board agendas and packets for board meetings.
9. Implements operational policies and procedures for assigned locations and as a team member.
10. Writes/revises policies and procedures to govern day-to-day operations, upon CEO’s request and approval.
11. Comply with applicable law and fully compliant and cooperate with PHSC’s Compliance Program.
12. Any other assignments deemed necessary by the CEO.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. Some college preferred.
Must demonstrate competency in and experience in supervision.
Must have a professional understanding of Client/Company confidentiality agreements.
Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Emotional and mental maturity.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to relate.
Must have working knowledge of computer software.
Must type a minimum of 45 wpm and be knowledgeable of general office equipment.
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
