We are looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer.
What You’ll Do
- Develop polished visual assets such as brochures, digital announcements, event materials, social graphics, slide decks, and website visuals.
- Design layouts and graphics for newsletters, internal communications, and recruiting or promotional campaigns.
- Oversee posting schedules and day-to-day activity for the organization’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
- Partner closely with team members and subject-matter professionals to create materials that support specific initiatives or practice areas.
- Ensure a cohesive brand style across digital and print projects.
- Assist with basic video editing, short clips, and multimedia content when needed.
- Review platform analytics and engagement metrics to help refine content strategy.
- Keep current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices used in professional service environments.
- Create visually strong PowerPoint presentations for internal use, client meetings, proposals, and occasional trial or event settings.
What You Bring
- At least three years of hands-on design experience in an in-house setting, creative studio, or similar environment.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with Canva.
- Experience managing content across multiple social media platforms.
- A solid understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and digital marketing principles.
- Background in a corporate, legal, or professional services environment is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related area.
