We’re looking for a dedicated Store Director to help carry this legacy forward.
Position Summary:
As Store Director, you will be the face of Cannata’s and the driving force behind the daily operations, team leadership, customer experience, and profitability of one of our premier locations. This is more than just a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a family tradition built on quality, innovation, and heart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations including sales, service, staffing, inventory, and merchandising
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and KPIs
- Build community relationships and uphold the Cannata’s tradition of excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in retail or grocery store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on leader who motivates by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for quality and service
- Knowledge of grocery retail systems and operations preferred
