Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer, located in Lafayette, LA. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, and ensuring efficient management of resources. Tasks will include developing and executing operational policies, managing budgeting and financial planning, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs. The COO will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive growth of the company.

- Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management

- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lafayette, LA (Position will require continued travel as company grows)
- Experience in the construction or home building industry
- Experience in streamlining cycle/build times
- Experience in identifying, creating, and implementing proper procedures for maximum efficiency
