Position Overview

Salary Range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, timely service via phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Address and resolve common customer questions, concerns, or service requests.
- Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions; escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Create accurate documentation of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks—filing, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
