Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator (Full Time; Part Time Considered)

Position Summary:
Stonehenge Capital, LLC is currently seeking a candidate that can provide executive administrative support, marketing coordination, office management, while creating a positive and welcoming environment in our Baton Rouge, LA office.
Responsibilities Include:
Having a positive attitude and creating a pleasant and welcoming office environment.
Professionally manage Stonehenge’s LinkedIn, website, and social media outlets.
Manage the company marketing calendar and coordinate marketing activities (client gifts, conference materials, etc.)
Professional event planning – schedule, organize and execute activities such as investor summits, company meetings, parties, and other company activities.
Manage and execute all office matters including: vendor management, office supply inventory, printing, presentations, and FedEx/mail.
Diligently monitor, schedule, and coordinate all calendar conflicts, travel arrangements, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Answer telephones and handle voicemail messages. Ensure clients (personal and company related) and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports for partners and ensure the expenses are submitted to accounting in a timely fashion.
Manage travel for partners – understand preferences, proactively track flight options, manage reservations, etc. Work might occur after normal working hours.
Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring/ongoing projects.
Other duties that may be assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Expert using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MailChimp and social media (LinkedIn).
Strong attention to detail, proofreading and editing.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or related area
Must have a high level of independent judgment to handle sensitive and confidential data and information. Any such confidential information must be maintained in the strictest confidence
Must be a team player with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with internal and external employees, clients and investors
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field
Proven multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
