We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Workers to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order tickets
- Prepare shipments by labeling, scanning, and staging packages
- Inspect items for quality and report damaged or missing products
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory areas
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Pay: $21.20 - $25.50 per hour
