The Project Coordinator manages customer onboarding projects and ensures timely revenue recognition while maintaining high delivery standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while following established project management methodologies.This position requires working onsite in one of our offices in Baton Rouge, LA, New Orleans, LA, or Birmingham, AL.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead customer onboarding project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Track project milestones and deliverables

Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary customer contact during projects
- Coordinate with internal teams on project activities

Revenue Management
- Track project-related revenue recognition
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Ensure timely billing and collections

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 2+ years project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2)
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of IT service management
- Familiarity with ConnectWise
