With operations across 12 strategic locations, 3 fully staffed laboratories, and the maintenance of over 16 mechanical sampling systems—including company-owned MPS (mechanical part stream) units—we are built on engineering excellence and field reliability.

Your Impact as Executive Vice President
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Vice President to help lead SAI Gulf through its next phase of growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the President, the EVP will oversee strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and the operational and financial performance of the company.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a respected regional leader in the testing and inspection industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the President to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision
- Oversee and align the work of core departments: Operations, Laboratory, Finance, HR, and IT
- Lead customer and partner engagement, including contract negotiations and renewals
- Drive performance across key operational and financial metrics
- Strengthen company-wide safety practices and HSE compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation across the business
- Represent SAI Gulf in industry forums and recruitment initiatives
What You Bring
- Executive experience in operations-intensive or industrial services businesses
- Expertise across business functions including finance, HR, IT, and field/lab operations
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities=
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic, problem-solving mindset
