Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to Microsoft Office applications, VPN connections, firewalls, and other enterprise tools
Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices such as LAN (Local Area Network) components
Assist with computer management tasks like OS updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades
Support IT infrastructure by configuring and maintaining network components like switches, routers, LANs, firewalls, and VPNs
Utilize help desk tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy to track incidents and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN configurations and operating systems

Requirements

Proven experience in providing IT support or help desk services in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plus
Skilled in troubleshooting software issues related to Microsoft Office suite and general computer hardware problems
Experience managing computer networks including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and basic network security practices
Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for incident tracking and documentation
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
