About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Clerk to join our Administrative team on a work-from-home (WFH) basis. This hourly, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a remote Clerical Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting the team with various clerical duties while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documents.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Support team members by providing clerical assistance and managing day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative support role is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

The pay range for this role is:
19.31 - 37.90 USD per hour(Remote (Bossier City, Louisiana, US))
