About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Clerk to join our Administrative team on a work-from-home (WFH) basis. This hourly, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a remote Clerical Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting the team with various clerical duties while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
- Support team members by providing clerical assistance and managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

The pay range for this role is: 19.31 - 37.90 USD per hour(Remote (Bossier City, Louisiana, US))
