About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer support professional to join our team as a Telechat Specialist in a fully remote, work-from-home position. This full-time, hourly role is part of our Customer Support department, where you will provide exceptional assistance to customers via chat while representing our company's commitment to excellent service. What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality customer support via chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions using internal tools and software.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Stay up-to-date on company policies, product updates, and process changes to ensure consistent customer service.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, resolution metrics, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture by supporting colleagues and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in chat-based roles, is a plus.
Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
A reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts as required.

The pay range for this role is:
22.30 - 31.90 USD per hour(Remote (Shreveport, Louisiana, US))
