About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer support professional to join our team as a Telechat Specialist in a fully remote, work-from-home position. This full-time, hourly role is part of our Customer Support department, where you will provide exceptional assistance to customers via chat while representing our company's commitment to excellent service. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support via chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions using internal tools and software.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, product updates, and process changes to ensure consistent customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, resolution metrics, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture by supporting colleagues and promoting best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in chat-based roles, is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
- A reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts as required.
The pay range for this role is: 22.30 - 31.90 USD per hour(Remote (Shreveport, Louisiana, US))
