We are looking for an Office Timekeeper who will be responsible for maintaining proper communication and documentation between the project team and field.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Record employee as on-site and complete the onboarding process
Complete I-9 and E-Verify within 72 hours of employee being hired
Accurately track hours worked as well as lunch and rest periods
Accurately enter hours worked as well as other costs/expenses into TRACK.
Generate client daily time sheets, audit sheets, head counts, and obtain client approval signatures on time sheets and invoices.
Submit weekly time summary sheets to payroll.
Assist with any payroll corrections.

Education & Experience:

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Must be able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)

Preferred

Demonstrated experience as a timekeeper or in related clerical positions.
Proficient knowledge of Client Programs (SAP, CCTS. TRACK, Atlas, etc.).

Plus

Microsoft Power Products (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Viewpoint Vista is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Note: A test will be given to assess candidates' proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as part of the selection process.
