Job Description
The Events Assistant will support the Events Team in organizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and promotional events. This role involves logistical planning, vendor coordination, on-site event support, and administrative assistance to ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, timelines, and schedules
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm arrangements
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Track event materials, inventory, and equipment
- Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event summaries
- Ensure all event elements align with brand standards and client expectations
- Provide administrative support to the Events Management team
