Job Overview
We are looking for a part time person to help a small local business with bills, paperwork, mail, correspondence, troubleshooting and keeping everything in order and organized.
Please have knowledge and proficiency with Google Drive and be able to create and work with spreadsheets and templates. Knowledge of payroll and/or Quickbooks a plus. Please be very organized, extremely trustworthy and be able to write well and multi task. Please apply only if you have actual office or related experience.
Much but not all of this work is related to real estate and property management.
The hours are flexible. We estimate it would take anywhere between 5 and 15 hours a week, depending on what comes in that week. Starting up it would take on the higher end in order to get all the files and mail in order. Much can be done remotely but we would want you to come in and meet with us regularly and do some of the work at our lower Garden District space (which is a non smoking office).
We would run a full background check so apply only if you are ok with that.
Car would be very helpful as there could be errands to run for us as well.
Pay depends upon your skills and experience.
