Position Summary
We’re looking for a
Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives across Meta, Google and other platforms. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing team, Creative, Content, and Business Intelligence to drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, analytical, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to our mission of bringing people together through the power of sports.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns and paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive revenue and fan engagement.
- Assist in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, scheduling, audience segmentation, performance, and budget tracking to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with strategic objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Analytics teams to ensure messaging, targeting, and creative assets align with campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare recurring performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Support coordination with external vendors and platform representatives (Meta, Google, etc) to stay informed on best practices and new opportunities.
- Identify testing opportunities (A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative variations) and recommend improvements based on data and performance trends.
- Build and deploy email campaigns within Eloqua including segmentation, personalization, and testing. Assist in paid media audience development, pixel tracking validation and conversion tracking QA.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Eloqua, and HTML.
- Ability to support campaign execution from setup to post-campaign reporting with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration and cross-departmental coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; proactive and flexible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working in data-driven environments, basic knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally in team environments and supporting larger initiatives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, adapt quickly to change, and uphold professionalism in public-facing settings.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
