Southwind Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a short-term skilled and long-term care community located in Crowley, LA. We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Housekeeper with work-related experience to join our Housekeeping Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Continuous cleaning/mopping/stripping and waxing of floors/dusting, etc. of all private and public spaces designated by Housekeeping Supervisor
- Continuous disinfecting of all private and public spaces designated by Housekeeping Supervisor
- Working safely and following proper procedures when using chemical agents
- Following a cleaning schedule, as needed
This PRN Part-time position must be able to communicate tactfully and effectively with residents, families, co-workers, and visitors.
