Basic Function:
Demonstrate great first impression of the practice for patients and visitors while maintaining front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome patients and visitors by kindly greeting them and assisting in check in and check out.
2. Verify insurance, collect patients financial responsibilities (copay, deductibles, co-insurance), schedule appointments.
3. Ensure patient demographics and financial information is up to date, and insurance policy is active.

8. Responsible for answering all physician and hospital phone calls through the phone tree, as well as assisting with operator/appointment scheduler responsibilities as needed.
