Southmark Cleaning Services is seeking motivated and reliable independent cleaning subcontractors (1099) to partner with us for residential and commercial cleaning projects in Jefferson Parish. This is a subcontractor opportunity, not employment. Subcontractors operate their own cleaning business and choose which jobs to accept. Responsibilities • Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces • Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to provided checklists and client expectations • Maintain professional communication regarding job completion and availability • Ensure cleaning work meets quality standards agreed upon per job • Use and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment • Perform work safely and efficiently Requirements • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred • Ability to work independently as a business owner • Reliable transportation • General liability insurance required • Ability to lift light to moderate loads (up to 25 lbs) • Strong attention to detail and professionalism • Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor What We Offer • Per-job contract pay • Flexible job acceptance • No client marketing or payment collection • Consistent work opportunities as demand grows This posting is to build a subcontractor list.
