Overview
We are looking for a Sausage Plant Production Worker to support our day-to-day business working in a manufacturing environment, making sausage and boudin. Our Sausage Plant Production Worker responsibilities include working in a safe manner, help in the packing room and on the production line.
Responsibilities
· Assist with various tasks in a manufacturing environment
· Mixing and grinding meat to specifications
· Sort, wrap, crate and package meat products according to company guidelines
· Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
· Adhering to and implementing the company's health and safety guidelines
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
· Must be a team player
· Flexibility to work in different areas of the plant as needed
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
