Duties
- Manage inventory levels through precise stock control and regular stock checks using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Load and unload shipments efficiently with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Stock shelves, produce sections, or retail displays with merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Support packaging, labeling, and merchandising efforts to optimize product presentation and accessibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting retail customers with product locations or inquiries when needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas, inspecting equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is highly desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock control and inventory audits
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members and customers
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
