OVERVIEW ::
This clerical position supports the Feed Mill Management with various clerical duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Tracking and reporting of employee timesheets.

Completes paperwork for the Feed Mill, employees, and drivers.

Completes and maintains reporting for feed mill.

Assists in data entry and record keeping.

Assists in event planning, as needed.

Serves as backup and performs dispatcher duties, as needed.

Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee data.

Assists with various special projects as assigned.
-
Escalates problematic issues to Feed Mill Management.

Processes mail, routes phone calls to the appropriate party, etc.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS ::
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent attendance record/4 points or less 1+ years of experience in this field or equivalent office work history.

Be able to work with little or no supervision.

Excellent computer skills including electronic mail, data entry, good organizational skills and follow through.

Communicate effectively with other hourly employees and plant management.

Ability to work under stressful situations, deadlines, and sometimes conflicting timelines.
